Fire cooling sprinkler system is a water cooling and cooling facility installed on steel storage tanks in petroleum and chemical enterprises. During high temperatures in summer, the storage tank is continuously and uniformly sprayed with water for cooling. Water flows down from the top of the tank through the tank wall, reducing the amount of solar radiation heat absorbed by the tank and lowering the temperature of the gas space in the tank. This reduces the temperature difference between day and night for the storage medium, thereby reducing the small breathing loss of the tank.
The series of products produced by the company for tank fire cooling and sprinkler systems is a fully industrialized equipment. It mainly consists of hot-dip zinc spray ring pipe, water curtain (water mist) nozzle, upper water riser, flow restriction orifice plate, metal hose, filter, control valve, etc. It is fixed on the support of the tank positioning with U-shaped clamps, and sprays water curtain or water mist at a set angle and flow rate towards the protected object to achieve the purpose of cooling and extinguishing.
The fire cooling and sprinkler systems for storage tanks are all connected by flanges. After the goods arrive at the site, they only need to be installed according to the drawings. The installation is simple and convenient, and there is no need for hot work on the construction site, which shortens the installation period, reduces construction costs, reduces labor intensity for workers, lowers safety hazards, and effectively protects the construction environment on site.
Main features:
1. The manufacturing process uses sample bending, drilling, and fixture assembly to ensure interchangeability and accuracy between the pipes. Before leaving the factory, the product undergoes trial assembly, pressure testing, and water spray testing to ensure a 100% pass rate.
2. All water supply pipelines are made of hot-dip galvanized steel pipes both inside and outside. The nozzles are processed with stainless steel or aluminum alloy and then anodized inside and outside, effectively solving the common problems of carbon steel pipeline corrosion and rust residue blocking the nozzles. The entire product set has no anti-corrosion dead corners. The normal lifespan is over 15 years.
Before the product leaves the factory, the rings and risers are wrapped and fastened with wooden supports in rows. Loose parts are packaged in wooden boxes to prevent damage to the anti-corrosion layer during transportation, making it easy to lift, unload, and store on site.
