Rotating jet mixer for storage tanks

The rotary jet mixer itself has no power and is connected to an external circulation pump through a pipeline. The medium in the tank is extracted by the pump and circulated through the pump to the pipeline, where it is sprayed back into the storage tank through the nozzle of the rotary jet mixer. Under the action of the pump, the rotary jet mixer collects the kinetic energy of the circulating fluid through the impeller and converts it into the rotational mechanical energy of the equipment drive shaft. The nozzle undergoes a smooth low-speed rotational motion through a deceleration device. The fluid medium enters from the equipment inlet and is sprayed into the storage tank through the nozzle in all directions. Under the action of the nozzle rotation and spraying, the storage tank medium is fully mixed, achieving the function of homogenization and uniform heating of the storage tank medium.
The rotary jet mixer can be used for blending crude oil, gasoline, diesel, aviation kerosene, residual oil, fuel oil in petroleum enterprises, as well as benzene, aromatic hydrocarbons, formaldehyde, light aromatic hydrocarbons and other media in chemical enterprises, and for anti sedimentation cleaning of storage tanks; It can also be used for blending edible oil materials such as vegetable oil in grain and oil enterprises, as well as for preventing sedimentation in storage tanks.
