Floating roof sealing device series

In petrochemical storage tanks, there is a circular space of about 200mm between the inner (outer) floating roof tank wall and the floating vessel. The tank seal is installed at the gap between the outer floating roof and the tank wall to ensure good sealing when the gap between the floating roof and the tank wall changes during operation. It is a necessary sealing component for floating roof tanks.

The secondary sealing device of YCEM floating roof storage tank is composed of rubber sliding plates, gas barrier films, pressure plates and other components, which form a double seal with the primary seal. The secondary sealing device developed by our company consists of two parts: polymer materials and metal materials. The polymer materials include rubber sliding plates and gas barrier films processed from special rubber, and the metal materials include pressure plates and various pressure plates made of galvanized plates (or stainless steel plates), replacing traditional rain shields. This structure is simple and practical, with high sealing effect and service life compared to similar foreign products, and the cost is only 60% to 70% of imported products.
