working principle:

The measurement of YC-SF servo level gauge is designed based on the principle of buoyancy balance. The magnetic coupling is completed between the inner magnetic steel wheel fixed on the driving motor and the precision machined wheel hub (i.e., outer magnetic steel wheel), so that the wheel hub and the driving motor rotate synchronously. The inner magnetic steel wheel and the wheel hub (i.e., outer magnetic steel wheel) are completely isolated by the instrument housing, thereby completely isolating the tested liquid chamber from the electrical part and meeting explosion-proof requirements. The measuring wires are evenly and neatly arranged on the wheel hub, and the float is sent into the tank through the measuring wires, thereby reducing measurement errors.
When the liquid level (interface or specific gravity) in the tank changes, the weight of the float changes with the changing liquid level, and the weight of the float changes, causing a coupling difference between the hub (outer magnetic steel wheel) and the inner magnetic steel wheel. After sending the change signal to the microprocessor for calculation and judgment, control instructions are sent to the same server motor to ensure that the float in the tank always changes with the liquid level. Thus, the height value of the liquid level can be calculated by measuring the rotation angle of the wheel hub. When an instrument measurement interface or specific gravity is required, simply set it in the Chinese menu.
